Two tools, one account

Use them separately or together: an intercom channel can reach the audio guide's audience.

For your crew

Intercom

Channels, positions and a matrix to decide who listens and who talks, just like in a production. Everyone uses their phone as a beltpack.

  • Channels for production, tech, security…
  • One QR code per position: no accounts, no apps
  • Calls, private line and an audio hub for your wired intercom

For your audience

The guide speaks and every attendee hears them on their phone, even if the group spreads out or it's noisy.

  • One room for each person speaking at the same time
  • A link for the speaker and a QR code for the audience
  • Unlimited rooms, as many at once as you need

Intercom

A production intercom, on everyone's phone

Set up the channels, decide in the matrix who listens and who talks on each one and hand out one QR code per position. Everyone joins with a headset and they're on air.

  1. 1

    Create the channels

Production, Tech, Security… up to 12 per intercom, each with its own color.

  2. 2

    Set up the matrix

Each position is a row: turn on the headphones so it listens to a channel and the mic so it can talk on it.

  3. 3

    Hand out the QR codes

Each position has its own. Scan it, type a name and start talking.

The matrix, in your dashboard: changes reach whoever is connected right away.
The beltpack, on the phone: a single screen, no scrolling.

Push to talk

Quick tap: the mic stays open. Press and hold: you talk while you hold, like a real beltpack.

All channels on one screen

Switch channels with the arrows or the list, and see when someone talks on the others.

Volume and mute per channel

Each channel has its own volume. Tap the speaker to stop hearing one without losing the rest.

Calls and private line

Call the whole channel or just one person: a line opens for the two of you only.

Audio hub

Send and receive audio through a PC's sound cards to connect your wired intercom.

A channel for the audience

Send a channel to an audio guide room: interpreters, the host or announcements.

Live view

See who's connected on each position and who's talking.

In their language

Everyone uses the beltpack in their own language; change it in Settings.

Everything about the intercom

Audio guide

Your guide, in every attendee's ear

The guide speaks into the mic and every attendee hears them on their phone, in as many rooms as you need. They join by scanning a QR code: nothing to install and no receivers to hand out.

  1. 1

    Create the room

One for each person speaking at the same time. It has two links: one for the speaker and another, with its QR code, for the audience.

  2. 2

    The guide goes live

They open their link on a phone or laptop, no account needed. Using the phone's mic or a lavalier mic: check the level and tap “Start”.

  3. 3

    Attendees listen

They scan the QR code, tap “Listen” and that's it. No apps, no sign-up and no receivers to hand out.

100–200 ms latency

WebRTC audio with Opus and a minimal buffer: what the guide says arrives almost at the same time as their voice in the room.

Unlimited rooms

Open as many rooms at once as you need: your pass only counts how many people are connected. For very large events, we'll put together a quote.

Automatic reconnection

If a phone switches from Wi-Fi to 4G, it reconnects on its own in seconds. It counts as the same person.

Day passes

You pay for the days of your event based on how many people are connected at once, with no subscription or commitment. The guide doesn't count.

Payments and invoices in the app

Passes by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and invoices with your billing details.

Guide console

Connected listeners, connection quality and the QR code always at hand.
